Handcrafted Variance: Because our candles are made in small batches by hand, minor variations in color, scent, and finish are a natural feature of each piece — not a defect.

Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to use the payment method provided. All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraud concerns, or product availability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
Sales tax is applied where required by law.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Cedar & Cinder is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate — we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly provided address.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to love every Cedar & Cinder product. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded in full
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return
